I have been tanning at this salon for over year and have my daughter on my package. The owner changed her "contract" and will not let us use our tans unless we pay an additional $50. The tans are almost $20 each and I would not have bought such a large package had I known she would change her contract and try to extort more money from us. Since we refused to pay her more (tans paid for in June) we will not be going back and she also refuses to refund our money. When I told her I would not be paying more and what she was doing was extortion, she said to read the fine print. I also explained that I had not signed or even seen her supposed contract. She can't provide one. We are now out over $200 and our tans. The owner was almost childish on the phone. She claims she has done this with all her members who were just fine with it. Let me just say that Bronze Tanning Salon in Olympia is wonderful. They have the latest in products, there very knowledgeable, and they have very reasonable prices. When my session was over I noticed a huge difference it was unbelievable I can wear shorts again.
