Very UNPROFESSIONAL. Very UNRELIABLE! Worst transportation service I have ever used. I called to confirm pick-up(even after I text my return info to him TWICE). I was told I was not even on the schedule to be picked up. He could not pick me up, he had no one that would pick me up...sorry. That was the last words I heard from him. I have had a very negative experience with this company. They borrowed $2500.00 from me, with a signed and dated IOU. When it became due, it was not paid. I took the matter to Small Claims Court on 1/3/2014 and I was awarded the judgement. They still have not re-paid me. I know of another person that they have asked for money. I have also heard that they are doing airport delivery and pick-ups without a Port of Seattle license. You will notice that their vehicles do not have any names on them. ...read more
