They failed to communicate that our rx number had changed for several months, and instead of asking, they assumed we had no insurance and changed us to a state insurance for the uninsured, without our permission. We now have a big mess and $3,000 dollars in insurance pending. A lady put the blame on us saying it was our card and we changed it. We have carried insurance for 28 years.
