When you call 425-353-5660, the call goes to the machine,a womens voice says leave your name, unit # and phone # and Jeff will call you back. You have a better chance of Godot calling you back. I have called 6 straight days, left all the information 6 times and I'm stilling waiting. I hope that Jeff is okay and not MIA. But does anyone go to this office? I've lived here many years. The last 5 years the association has cut loses and saved enough to do extensive repairs and paint to one building. The reserves are currently being built back up to do a second and possibly third building in 2011. The pool is maintained and heated. Residents have to report light outages to management in order to get them changed. As a community Longwood still leaves a lot to be desired. Rules are not enforced, gossip and complaining substitute for any real constructive effort on the part of most residents. ...read more
