well let me start by saying...this is not an ideal complex if you have children,,,,When you move into an apartment the managers work for you not the other way around...they are there to make sure your housing needs are meet...Here at this complex you feel like a prisoner in your own apartment,,,They are constantly watching you like a hawk..no bikes allowed or scooters or skateboards..the park is dirty and muddy most of the time...these apartments have mold issues..The staff is only nice to you when they want to be,,,If you are a homebody with no kids this would be an ok place to live..they have carports but not for everyone ..so some of the lucky have to park in the dark...and many cars get broken into...rent here goes up almost every year with less amenities then other apartment complexes...good luck on your search for a nice living experience ... ...read more

A housing Specialist had stated that I had made a wise move and she said that she was tired of Meadowbrook's office person giving her a "Difficult time" with the inspections.. I am not sure which company she was referring to the previous or the new company. I would advise doing research schedule a walk around both inside and out side. if you see an issue ask them when they are planning to take care of it. Should you not get a straight answer I would think twice. Talk to the on-sight managers and do your research. If your planning to use an A/C nothing over 6,000 btus can be used well taht was stated from a prior owner. Be prepared for high heat costs as they use EBB or Electric base Boards. my electric bill was 85.00 my new places is 65.00. I left just before the new company took over.
