Landlord of Triangle Garden Apartments is more worried about outer appearence than plumbing and internal repairs. I have been a tenant here at Triangle Garden since October 2008, i've had a broken toilet since the first day, and I constantly have lights burning out. I'm on HUD so I can't move out til the end of the first year, I've had several discrimmatory statements about the way I dress,''You keep dressing like that and satan will take over your life,'' He will make statements about me being too loud during the day, but around midnight some minority neighbors will be extremely loud, I'm the one that complains, he will come over with a terrible attitude, he's threatened to kick me out for noise, but warnings for said neighbors. He's been against several landlord/tenant laws, he was ready to evict me with two days when my daughter was living with me (landlord/tenant law states that 90 days be awarded upon eviction) other than these problems I like the location and amount of space. ...read more
