We have got sub sandwiches from the deli several times before but this last time 10 people became ill. When called the deli manager offered money back and said sorry, but never once said anything about looking into the incident, didnt ask me any questions about when we bought it or what we bought, so it didnt seem like they were too worried about checking their foood out and the source of the exposure.
