This place has poorly skilled mechanics that repair and maintain equipment either theirs or customers. I myself was a long time customer since they have a monopoly in the tool rental business in the area. They will not listen to the customers and completely ignore the philosophy in " the customer is always right" I am a ASE certified technician and by nature a very mechanical minded person. They have on 4 occasions decided not to listen to me about what is wrong with their equipment and how to repair and maintain their equipment. On each occasion they got not only argumentative with me but the last time while I was telling them what was wrong with a lawn thatcher and how it should be repaired the owner looked me in the eye and told me to leave. I said no you can call the cops IF YOU WANT. They did call the cops and NO Criminal act was committed. Other people I know have bad things to say about them.
