I have both a Imagine Serger and Craft Sewing Machine from Babylock. I live in Clarkston, WA, and I will ONLY go to Totem Lake for service on either of my machines. They do an awesome job and turn around time is quick -- price VERY reasonable. We have a place in Lewiston ID that "says" they repair Babylock machines and service -- I tried them once and will NEVER return as after three weeks they had not replaced the simple little part I needed. I called Kristen and she sent me the part and I put it on....all at NO CHARGE! They know EXACTLY what the machine parts are -- I feel blessed to have found them some 350 miles from my home. My advice -- don't shop around -- just go there because they do it all and do it all well. God Bless. ...read more
