As the saying goes, "You only have one chance to make a first impression." And if your appointment is between 1-5 p.m., you don't show up at 9:35 p.m. My first impression of this company is based on a one time experience that won't win Suntrax Logistics a second chance in my lifetime. Their sense of schedule, truck loading, and customer satisfaction is laughable. Shame on IKEA for using their services--or diservices. If I knew my bed would be delivered at 9:35 p.m. I would have rented and driven my own truck for delivery. ...read more
