A little background, I won a spa wish gift certificate back when the McDonalds Monopoly game was going on and they refused to take it, not because it was expired or any legitimate reason. While the work was great my toes never looked better I will never go back to this place and recommend you do not go either, you'll have to pay and can't use your gift certificate. I had an instant gift certificate, the one you print off from your computer, and they refused to take it or even call the 800 # listed on the certificate to verify it. Along with refusing to take it I was treated like a criminal trying to pull a fast one on them. They were rude and unwilling to even try to figure out how to take the certificate or verify it or work with me. They took what was a good afternoon and an indulgence I chose to do because I had a gift certificate, and they were listed on the spa wish website as a participating spa, and made me feel like a horrible person trying to do something wrong. Any business this unwilling to even try to do anything to figure out the situation and accommodate their customers does not deserve anyone's business or hard earned money. If your going to be listed on the spa wish website as taking their gift certificates you should probably actually take them and know what is going on. When I called spa wish they said they inform all of their spas listed that certificates can come in either form a card or a print out, again that is why there is an 800 # to call and verify them. ...read more

Highly disappointed by this salon.\t\n\t\nThe first time I went was for my first pedi. I wasn't sure what was going on, but the lady helping me didn't speak enough English to understand why I was hesitating with each step. She was huffy and impatient with me.\t\nMy toes hurt for almost a week afterward, which I asusmed was 'normal' until I saw some very discolored areas under my nails where she had been rather rough with the tools. This lasted for almost 2 weeks.\t\n\t\nThe second time a different staff member was giving me a manicure. They ignored the fact that I was the first guest through the door of the salon that morning and made me wait while 2 others had their nails done who hadn't had pre-scheduled appointments. Then when a third employee got to work on my hands he not only ridiculed me on my color choice and skin quality, he called the attention of a manicurist and guest next to him as well as the pedicurist. Nothing is worse than having a whole spa worth of people laughing at your skin. I go to a spa to fix these things, not highlight my faults.\t\n\t\nSo with their combination poor customer service, painful pedicures and pure embarrassment, I will not return. ...read more
