Our experience was awful! It started out\t\neasy enough going through Home Depot \t\nto line up a furnace,AC, heat pump. The\t\ninstallation went smooth enough and the installers were excellent, but the salesman turned out NOT SO MUCH. Once he made the deal there was no communication from him when we had questions regarding the rebates we were entitilled to, the office help would tell us your sales person needs to deal with that. Complained to Home Depot about this company once we passed the 6 month mark but we were told "yeah, yeah,\t\nblah, blah. So MANY frustrating phone calls later and almost one year to the date of buying the $16 thou. unit we got a check for $250.\t\nWe found out from another company which we are buying the humidifier unit from that we were entitilled to a $750. rebate. If the sales person/ or owner had their electrician come out and do an inspection that was required we could have gotten that amount,\t\nbut they didn't.
