If you are smart you will stay away from this apartment complex. I lived there a year. There is a railroad crossing right outside this apartment and I have counted 15 trains in a day here, but know this, Mike the manager will never mention this to you BEFORE you move in. Also, There is a granary right across the street that you, like me will find yourself allergic too. But again, the completely incapable manager will not tell you this BEFORE you move in. But the main reason to stay away from this apartment complex is: The manager will never give you your deposit back; I don't care how clean you make the place before you move.
