I have always gone to this pharmacy and find everyone there personable and helpful, BUT, I have been shorted two months in a row on my medication for a very controlled med. I counted the pills and called the pharmacy to let them know about this and they swear everything is counted correctly. Asking around to some friends that work there has brought to light theft problems within the pharmacy family and firings for this same problem. IF I go back to this pharmacy I will have everything counted in front of me, but giving them my business is a BIG if! When I called them completely dismissed me. So I intend to let everyone know about this problem and to be aware and count your meds, espcially if it's a high pill count that might not be noticed unless counted. Thanks. ...read more

Tonight my family and I had to wait 30 MINUTES in the drive thru at Dairy Queen in Edmonds, Washington. When we finally got to the order menu, we sat for another 5-7 minutes before being helped. My husband called out several times to see if anyone was there, but no reply. When the guy FINALLY asked what we wanted, he didn't apologize for making us wait 20 minutes AND we could barely hear him. When we FINALLY made it around the corner to the pickup window, we had to wait another 5-10 minutes before getting our food, again with no explanation or apologies. Really professional. Of course, he snatched up our money first thing we got to him. All of the employees (except the ONE GUY) were working the dining room and ALL OF THEM WERE MOVING AS SLOW AS MOLASSES. Next time I will go to McDonald's for a hot fudge sundae and skip the line at Dairy Queen where they're rude and slow. ...read more
