Shoddy, incompetent, and corrupt come to mind when I think of these people. They did not abide by the contract because they repeatedly performed work on my property without my written consent, which is mandated in the contract. They lumped a bunch of miscellaneous work together to make it seem legitimate. They were obsequious toward the tenants (treating every work request like an emergency) and negligent and disrespectful toward me the owner, their client. They incessantly called me on my cell phone while I was at work even after I told them that I wanted work requests and estimates in writing as expressed in the contract.
