My son is very picky about his hair and has not let anyone but myself trim it in 3 years. I took him into Kut Klose and Randy talked to him about what he was going to do the entire time and made him feel comfortable and in control about the situation. He spent the extra time to make sure it was exactly what my son wanted and it came out amazing! The shop is clean, well spaced and makes you feel comfortable.
