They continued to provide billing extensions to a tentant, carrying a bill of over $600 for several months, without authorization and without my approval/consent. Had a wedding there recently.... And I was unhappy about almost everything. The lack of staff, food was wrong, late and cold, location was dirty, staff was slow. When I complained at the wedding I was brushed off by a manager. Later I complained to a general manager who made me feel better. Don't plan an event here if you want to relax and enjoy yourself.
