I ordered this costume from Spookshop 3 weeks before Halloween in 2013. When it arrived, I took it out of the package, didn't like and put it back in exactly as I had received it, wrapped perfectly in the tissue paper. I sent it back the next day and waited. Then I sent 3 emails to the customer service center which were never returned. Then over the course of the next 3 months, I called FIVE times and each time was told something different by an employee there - "We can't find it" or "I'm not the right person who call help you", "I need to speak to a manager and we'll call you back," (never hearing back) etc. I FINALLY got a hold of someone in late December who informed me that they charge a "restocking" fee and I'd only be receiving less than half the cost of the costume back. NOWHERE did it say they had such a return policy and it sure wasn't in the package I received. They have HORRIFIC customer service and I would never recommend buying anything from them, especially if you have to make a return! You've been warned!! ...read more
