Martha Hehner is the most unprofessional person that I ever talked to, as a manager she needs to explain people how ledger works and be patience when someone doesn't understand what she sees every day. She yelled and screamed over the phone when she was taking to long with me (10 min). She needs to learn people skills and how to work with them. The system is very screw up and they charge late fees per day and yet there is no communication to people until they do collect quite an amount, I think this is how they like to run their business. Be aware that is not good people to leave your children with and when problems arrived they don't care what you have to say only that you paid them their unfair charges. you are not a person just a paycheck. I have been in the business world for quite sometime and if Martha was working for me she will be fired. Need to consider early retirement and to stay away from people I will not recommend them at all to leave your children with or do business. ...read more

Poorly run. Rude. Never follows up on needed repairs. Forget about getting your security deposit back. They will keep it all even if you have your rental professionally cleaned and will look for any opportunity to reduce the amount returned.
