Cathy/Catherine is the main or only customer service contact for U.S., the only person you'll be in contact with. I ordered over $300 in parts, she assured parts would be sent out the next day or so, did not receive anything for over 3 weeks, while the charge on my card occurred the day I spoke with her. When I called to cancel the order, amazingly the shipment had gone out the day before! I still canceled as I could no longer wait for parts, and she assured me she'd refund my card as soon as shipment was received back, and additionally I could no longer order vacuum bags from MM directly. I sent the box back the day after it arrived. I let two weeks pass before calling again around 3/22, Cathy assured me the refund would occur "in the next day or so." Today is March 30th, 2017, and I still have not received a refund. Have had my Miracle Mate for 15 years now and my carpets are that old too and look great. I also bought the chem dry shampooer and its great along with the XIF which cleans the air and germs with UV light. Made in the USA, and mad to last. Never use another vacuum. ...read more
