Maybe the other review sparked some changes! I was greeted politely and the gentleman helped me bring in my TV for recycling. I had hired a supposedly pro moving company - stopped them part way through the move they were so awful. Next Day called Happy Hauler, these guys were on time and cheerful & helpful and polite & wiped their feet and hauled a huge load of stuff to storage & a load to donate & brought me back the donation receipt! I used them again for trash hauling, the other crew was just a nice and cheerful. I tell all my friends! these guys are great. I tipped them - I gather they don't get many tips!
