I had hired a supposedly pro moving company - stopped them part way through the move they were so awful. Next Day called Happy Hauler, these guys were on time and cheerful & helpful and polite & wiped their feet and hauled a huge load of stuff to storage & a load to donate & brought me back the donation receipt! I used them again for trash hauling, the other crew was just a nice and cheerful. I tell all my friends! these guys are great. I tipped them - I gather they don't get many tips! The one star is for customer service. I tried finding an email address....no luck. I phoned.....was held for over 10 minutes on a cell phone for which I pay per minute and had to listen to their commercials and even commericals where they began to give a phone number for more info....another recording interrupted to say that all lines were still busy.. We contacted Evergreen to come see why our alarm was going off on our septic system. They told us we had a broken pump and needed filters. After "fixing" that for $1500, our septic backed up into our basement 3 days later. They came back out and told us "we may not even have to charge you". When they got there and dug up the work they had done, Larry (who was not the original installer, but the guy who fixes his own company's mistakes) looked at the huge mistake that had taken place. They put the in pipe in the out and vice versa. This is what they called trained employees. We were home during this installation and were told by Larry (who we liked a lot-too bad he didn't do the install) that all the guys had to do was come into the house and flush the toilet and he would have known it was in the wrong hole. We are now dealing with their insurance company which has been no joy and they are far from making sure we are taken care of. Please don't make the same mistake we did! ...read more
