If there was a choice to rate this Zero stars I would. I started to write down the awful experience I just had at the Auburn Way S Dairy Queen 8/12/2014 But, I am so upset that I can't even re-tell it. The title says it all HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT IS ALWAYS, ALWAYS THE REASON FOR A HORRIBLE STAFF AND HORRIBLE FOOD. The Owner should be ashamed, but most likely he or she cares about their customers and food quality about as much as his Manager, Shift Leader and crew member seemed to today. We will never return and I when I calm down, I will tell everyone I know in Auburn about my experience with the staff.
