I used this pharmacy to pick up an injection already ordered and awaiting presentation of my insurance card and a new script in hand since it was holiday weekend and did not expect a crowd.\t\n\t\nThough I received the right medications, the new script for a tablet had a copy of the label for the injection on it! When I later peeled back that label to see what was underneath, I was no longer laughing because for a person who did not have my background and had no idea what a maximum dose for the tablet was, it was written for a dose FOUR times that prescribed, an error created by a macro (text shortcut) that was entered incorrectly.\t\n\t\nI did witness the pharmacist give counsel to a woman who did not appear to comprehend a change. However, one pharmacist and one technician, one of little experience as evidenced by the type of errors witnessed, this was not sufficient coverage to provide safe service. The technician was not supervised closely enough and the pharmacist had too many other duties to attend to supervise a new technician alone.\t\n\t\nThe fifteen-minute guarantee was honored.
