We stayed here after reading other positive reviews and found them to be accurate. The Patels are helpful and dedicated. The room is about the cleanest we have stayed in over the past 5 years of traveling to Florida one or two times a year. What a surprise to discover this level of service at a budget rate. We have paid at least 3 times this much for other accommodations that did not come close to our stay here.
