Well we have used this company for over 6 years now, and I cannot possibly stress enough how talented these guys are. They started out when we first moved here assembling all of our bedroom sets and bunk beds that was in 2010, since then we have had them install new garbage disposal, replace our front door, remodel our master bathroom, install dental crown mold throughout first floor, and just recently refinish our cabinets, and install tile in kitchen we were very surprised to see the reviews here and wanted to be very straightforward in saying that we have and will only use Shawn. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!! My garage door was giving me issues and I called many places and decided to go with Xpress Garage Door. Joe Landry came to do job Feb 6 & stated he would come back w/part to finish job. He asked to call him in 5 day so he can come back and finish job. He didn't answer or return my tenants calls after 5 days. I called Joe again March 6 and he stated he would call me in 2 days...never did!!! I call March 9 and he started yell and stated he will do the job on his time. I stated, " we have been waiting for a month and have been waiting patiently for this job to be completed. He disconnected the call twice and used the F---word in conversation towards me the "Customer". I contacted Bakers to purchase a replacement part for my dishwasher October 6, 2010. They took the model number and order the part we described. A few weeks later we go to the store which is a 30 minute drive from my house, only to discover that the part the ordered was not the part we needed. There were supposed to refund this money and order the new part. This happened opn three different ocassions and I had to keep driving there each time. Each time I showed them the part I needed. Finally two moths later on December 6, 2010, we finally recieved the correct part and our refund. When I complained to the manager or owner he said it was my fault and I was costing him money because they kept ordering the wrong part. He was very unprofessional towards me. He kept talking over me and atually hung up on me. I do not recommend Prince William Home Improvement. We were lured in by the fast talking salesman who made it sound like we were choosing a top company. However, the entite process has been terrible. I am still waiting for a resolution on my deck. They do not call you back even when you continually call and state your dissatisfaction.
