Properties have roaches and haven't been updated since they were built.......whenever that might be. Slow drainage, water drips, etc. Maintenance doesn't fix things. Prays on the needy. ...read more

I am actually currently living here and it is horrible. I can't move yet because the lease is still active. The heater never worked right after maintainance coming at least five times to try and fix it. By then the winter was over and then it got really hot and the air conditioner does not work. We had three days of 90 degree temperatures and it remains around 95 degrees inside my apartment. My two year old is sweating and I feel really bad for her right now. I have sweat dripping off of my forehead. I called three consecutive days for maintainance to come and fix it and they still haven't came and I haven't head anything about them coming or not. The neighbors above us are loud, and the neighbors underneath us are crackheads. Heavy traffic coming in and out all hours of the night. Trashy outside as well. Bottles, beer cans and trash everywhere. Dirty stair cases that never are cleaned by maintainance. The times that maintainance did come to my house they guy smelled like beer. ...read more
