Go somewhere else, or order your new part online. I had told them that I could order a brand new part online, for the same price they quoted me to fix this part. I was TRYING to support local business, local workers. NO MORE! Totally unprofessional! WARNING!! Terrible customer service! Don't waste your time! They said they would fix quickly and get right on it. LIE. They had my part for almost 2 months. I repeatedly called, a few times each week checking on the status. They kept lying stating that they would check and call me back. BUT THEY LIE AND NEVER CALL BACK. Excuse after excuse. Lie after lie. Supposedly it took a long time for the part They ordered to come in. When I was told it would be there in FIVE DAYS. (They didn't order it right away!) Then, they had it more weeks. Just to find out the part THEY had ordered,(that had sat there for 2 weeks unchecked), that they recieved the wrong part, but never checked it. So they STILL couldn't fix it.
