I took my BD cycle to this business on Aug. 9th and I still do not have the bike back. They order parts, wrong parts, I am getting the run around. Its a 2 hour drive from my house to the shop, and I have called numerous times, being told that the parts are ordered. I have missed two rides and two shows. I am thoroughly disappointed with this business. It is the closet dealer to my house, otherwise I would take it some place else. The person that I'am talking about is (kevin sowder). I bought Fusion led lights for my motorcycle from him on Ebay (Speed Factor Motorsports) , payed $109.00 for them, + $45.00 for 6 extra leds & Y cables for a total of $154.00. I never received the 6 extra leds & Y cables. Tried numerous times to contact him, (ph.,emails, tried paypal dispute, paypal protection didn't work either, they suck @ getting your money back. kevin is a "punk" won't return calls won't take responsibility for his actions! I am out $45.00, So! basically he stole my money. "Buyers beware!" When buying from (kevin sowder @ Speed Factor Motorsports) he likes to steal your $$$$$$$$!
