My company placed a catering order and they could not get it right. They delivered on the wrong day. The day it was suppose to be delivered they didn't show up until 1:20 pm. I had 30 people in a business meeting waiting for lunch from 11:45 am until 1:23 pm. Our order was late, wrong, missing some items, and after numerous phone calls it wasn't even worth calling back to argue when it finally showed up. I was embarrassed due to their tardiness and inability to get an order correct and on time. I will never use this Panera again and neither will the 30 different businesses that were represented in our meeting. DO NOT ORDER A CATERING ORDER FROM PANERA IN SUFFOLK (Harbor View) VA, IF YOU WANT IT RIGHT AND ON TIME. They take over 2 hours ( 2 different ocassions ) sometime they take an hour minimum ( good day ) But the manager thats on duty , does NOT care . EVER. They say its not their fault.
