i have tons of questions about blinds and balances which i had never dealt with, i just purchased my very first home and well was ready to decorate with a small budget, i was skeptical about Blinds to Go, since ive never shopped there before and i would rather do homedepot or walmart.... truth is no other store AT ALL had all the inventory that these guys did, every color and everysize to fit and match any decor and MOST importantly YOUR BUDGET!!!!! there is one specific consultant his name is Larry and he is at the Springfield Location, not only did show me and explained all my options very clearly he went above and beyond to get all the possible discounts he could get me, it was not like having a sale/costumer tlk, he makde it interactive, fun and easy will definetly reffer all my friends and family to larry. thank you so much for making my life easy and my house looking its best. ...read more

Don't step foot in this store. You get a great sales pitch and warrany. The installer has to call you to measure the windows before you special order the blinds. Installer " I am to busy right now I will call you when I can do it" . REALLY I speak with the salesmen " I will call you after I speak with the installer". Really ! Never happened.
