Sassy Clipper has to be one of the best hair salon's that I have ever been to. I have been satisfied every single time that I go and get my hair done! I usually see Jessica or Peggy. They are SO sweet and helpful. The place is also decorated in a Roanoke Theme - it is absolutely beautiful! You walk in and just feel like your at home.
