Bug Man's Daily Deal is a total RIP OFF!!!!!! You pay $100 and You are suppose to get $225 worth of exterminating (the value of the Voucher). First, we will deal with their completely unreliable service. I made 1 appointment and they didn't show up. When I called there was NO apologies just "so, what's another time we could come". Then, I scheduled a second appointment and they did not show up AGAIN and again NO APOLOGIES!!! After not showing up the second time, I just wanted my money back and didn't want to deal with this company ever again. However, they just ignored that request and did not apologize AGAIN, just another "so, what's another time we could come?". On the third try, someone finally showed up and immediately barked "You know that this doesn't cover the inside of your house". So, when he arrived I asked him if I didn't have this Voucher how much would an inside AND outside treatment would be and he said $225. So, I said well that is the value of this Voucher. And he said "but the fine print on the Voucher says "Does not include flying insects, wood destroying insects or rodents. Valid for exterior pest control spray only." So, I asked why is this Voucher a "deal" then???? And he replied, "well, you got me there. You are right. This isn't a deal". So I implore anyone who is looking for a pest control company to NOT go to Bug Man and if you are currently using them for your exterminating SWITCH TO A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!!!! I wouldn't trust them to do any type of service at my home. I'm sure they are ripping off their current customers by way over charging them for their monthly treatments.
