Absolutely love this salon...the customer service both times I've been there was outstanding. My stylist was incredibly skilled, talented and took a lot of time to talk with me about my hair, what I wanted and made recommendations. I tried hard to be nice to my stylist even though I saw she did not do what I had asked her to! I literally ran from the salon that day, to go home and see just how bad the damage was. I did manage to get my money back. I think they are overrated with their prices. What kind of stylist needs 60 dollars to do a 15 minute hair cut????? ...read more
