James River Mortgage are legal loan sharks. We are in tough economic times their rates are very high 12-14% and late fees are 10% after 7 days and an additional $75 fee after 30 days late. And attorney's fees are added after approx. 45-60 days. The Director HARRISON SMITH will not work with you and he is only interested in draining your bank account. In the firm's defense, I began working with them at the height of the market and 2 out of 3 times they helped me make modest gains.Once the market crashed, I received one piece of bad advice after another that was usually preceded by "Well, Jim Cramer said this morning...."
