My husband and I purchased a "green" treatment for our house on a monthly basis to eliminate mosquitoes, ticks and fleas for us and our dogs. A rep came and evaluated our property, so they were fully aware that we lived in a wooded area. We just wanted to be able to sit on our deck and not be eaten alive. So much for that. We entered into a 6 month contract at $100 per month and it was guaranteed meaning if the pest problem continued before our next treatment, they would retreat for free. Well, the only treatment that worked was the initial one. Since then I have told them repeatedly about the pest problem and they changed the treatment a couple of times, but still we are plagued with mosquitoes. Right now I am covered in bites. They also will not give us our money back. So for $600 we had 1 bug free week. Definitely not worth it in my opinion! We will not be continuing our service with them next summer. ...read more
