May 2012\t\nI highly recommend Cygnus Construction, a Class ""A"" contractor.\t\n\t\nCygnus Construction came highly recommended by our Realtor. In a comparison bid against several firms, Cygnus provided a detailed estimate which was very competitive. \t\n\t\nEric, owner of Cygnus, was very easy to work with. He worked closely with us ( the Sellers), two Realtors, the Buyers, the Home Inspector, and Structural Engineer to ensure that the necessary repairs to our home were completed to the satisfaction of all. The office manager was very efficient and easy to work with.\t\n\t\nThe Cygnus crew showed up each day exactly when they said would appear. Eric and his team took the time to explain to me exactly what they were doing and why it was being done in that manner. They were neat, every day they picked up whatever ""trash"" there was and ensured that at the end of the job the work site was clean. The work under the control of Cygnus was completed slightly ahead of schedule. It was very important not to exceed the schedule as this would impact the closing date.\t\n\t\nThe Cygnus crew were extremely professional in the work manner and in their appearance. These are folks you would not object to working on your home when your young children (or your mother) was around.\t\n\t\nWhile they were working on my house, I found out they built a deck for my next door neighbors house.
