I placed an order to be delivered on Valentine's Day however the delivery was not made. Therefore I called the store (at 8:00pm) and was told that their chocolate machine broke down and that they did not deliver my order. A professional customer oriented company would have contacted me to inform me of this problem. Mind you, they had already debited my account however I did not recieve the order I placed.
