I retained Metro Ready Mix to pour a sidewalk/retainer wall. Driver gets stuck in yard upon arrival. Company threatens to deposit concrete on ground within hour unless i obtain a tow ttruck, which I did at a cost of $350.00. The extraction of the company's vehicle resulted in $1000.00 in landscape damage. Ordered 7yds of concrete/receieved approx 4 yds. Repeatedly attempted to contact companies management to get resolution to this dilemma and they refuse to answer calls. I paid everything in advance, in good faith and this is the result. I strongly recommend avoiding the solicitation of this company as they are untrustworthy, incompentent and derilict in their duties. As a result, I'm compelled to sue, in an attempt to recoup some of my losses. BEWARE...retaining this company will create grief, financial despair and disruption of tranquillity...in that order.
