We started service in 2002 for a gas log fireplace. Automatic delivery service was a good for a while, but our service was inexplicably changed to customer âWill Callâ service and we were never informed. When asked why the service change, the explanation was we did not use enough gas to be on automatic delivery. Our calls for delivery are unresponsive for weeks now. Rates are fair but performance for home delivery is extremely poor. They do not appear to be able to keep scheduled deliveries. I have not run out yet, but repeated calls for service get no estimated delivery dates as the service reps are clueless.
