Pleeeaaassee! I beg you to NOT waste your time or money renting from these slumlords pretend to be Christians!! The lady in particular has the nastiest attitude Brenda Bellamy is her name! They do not fix anything that goes on in the apartment they are very unreliable!! They've had the same carpet in these apartments since the apartments were established in 1960!!!!! They only manage to get the carpet cleaned!! I've complained numerous of times to these slumlords that it's rats or some type rodent in the roof that I hear all types of scratching, feet racing above my head at all hours of the day!! Very distracting for someone who works hard and wanna come home to peace and quiet without having rodents on the roof running back and forth causing a ruckus!! THIS IS THE WORSE PLACE I'VE EVER LIVED IN MY LIFE AND THE ABSOLUTE WORSE LANDLORDS I'VE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY ENTIRE LIFE BRENDA BELLAMY IS THE NASTIEST UNPROFESSIONAL SO-CALLED CHRISTIAN I'VE EVER DEALT WITH!! They Charge $575 a month to live in a run down apartment that should only be $300 a month!! Please DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY RENTING FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!! ...read more

Been living here for a little over a year. I feel like i have been blown off by maintenance when putting in requests. Been told tomorrow but tomorrow never comes. He is disrespectful and has responded in ways saying" is that the only problem you have cause i would love to trade places with you." Since i felt like i was being jerked around i go to he office manager as i was told i should. There recently was an occasion where i tried for two days to get a package that was delivered to the office i called several times and left messages. After 24 hrs no response. I texted maintenance during the supposed office hours and he says he is busy with the building. A few minutes later i see him 20 ft from the office and he wouldn't open the door for me. Instead, he called me an inpatient child. Once again, i will have to wait and go to the office manager. This behavior is unacceptable. ...read more
