The vanish 8 products are superb, just got them in the mail last Thursday and I'm already eating a lot less. Love the shakes with milk, can't do the water with them, but that's just me. The chews are great too, really good and I always want more. Now all I have to do is exercise and the whole thing will come together. Diets, gotta love em!!! :) I also like the detox tea, wasn't a tea person until I tried this tea, to my suprise it was really good. Now instead of drinking coffee every day I have switched to a lot more tea. Dionne I need you to push me to exercise, since that is the hardest part for me right now. I hate exercise...
