My experience at Lee Nails was awful. I went in for a full set and left very unsatisfied. When asked to select a color, I told my manicurist that I liked the color that she had on her nails. It was a light shade of pink. She told me she found the same color and then applied it to my nails. After the application of the color, I realized that she had not applied the same color, my nails were white, which is not acceptable for my job. I asked her to change my color, she got an attitude and then applied the new color in a hurried and sloppy fashion. Frustrated, with the amount of time I was there, I left. Upon getting into my car, a nail broke. I returned to get it fixed. The next day, while I was shopping, three more nails broke. I went back for a full refund and was told I could not be accommodated. Nice place.. It seems to appear very unorganized.. No consistent front desk worker.. Not to mention the stylists conversation in the back .. A bit unprofessional .. ...read more
