I brought a car to ACE Automotive for repairs, they made the car worse and then wanted me to pick it up and pay more, I refused, told them I never agreed on it, the owner said you should just cut your loss on the car and junk it but still wanted me to give him more money, we went back and forth, I told him just let me take it else where for a second opinion, he told me no. So I went to BBB for help, and after filing a complaint the owner came back with wanting to sit down and discuss, (which we had numerous times before going to BBB) and I seen that as pointless so I filed a complain and BBB favored for the company, the owner lied more than once, also said he was previous military but was not, I know the owner we had allot of conversations.
