It had been I awhile since I had been to see Iris. When I returned the other day I was so tight in my neck, shoulders, and low back, and was having pain every day. After just one session using firm pressure on my body, and working on trigger points she found, I was like a wet noodle...so relaxed. I have already sheduled my follow up appointment for next week.
