We hired and contracted Culinary Adventures Catering for an event (not a wedding). Mr. Washington sat down with us to go over our custom menu and our expectations of service. On the day of our event, none of our expectations were met. He showed up 2 hours late, he did not have all items from our menu as agreed, and the food was not prepared on time and per our recipes for our guests.
