Horrible place to live! there are shootings out there every other night, cops are out there all the time, sex offenders in your neighborhood. they won't let you out your lease until you pay 2 months of rent, even if your lease is up to date(the only place I know who does it), The office stuff is horrible, the management changes all the time, they changed their name to "Patriot Crossings", but that's all they did! No improvements whats so ever! Very unprofessional stuff, landscape is in very bad condition, trucks and cars drives right over grass all the time, leaving tire marks everywhere. The sidewalks floods any time it rains. They paint a good picture for you when you trying to move in, once you in, they won't care about anything you tell them. you know it s bad when the roaches are looking at you like you evading their space. the people are entirely too hood. cops might as well move the precint to 432 manor road because they always there-DEEP! nothing works my 2 year old might as well be a maintenance man bc im sure he ca n do the job better than their staff. only reason they get business is bc its easy to get in.
