Horrible place to live! there are shootings out there every other night, cops are out there all the time, sex offenders in your neighborhood. they won't let you out your lease until you pay 2 months of rent, even if your lease is up to date(the only place I know who does it), The office stuff is horrible, the management changes all the time, they changed their name to "Patriot Crossings", but that's all they did! No improvements whats so ever! Very unprofessional stuff, landscape is in very bad condition, trucks and cars drives right over grass all the time, leaving tire marks everywhere. The sidewalks floods any time it rains. They paint a good picture for you when you trying to move in, once you in, they won't care about anything you tell them. Its a shame you sign a lease and have to abide by it well at least some of us. There is a weight limit of 25lbs. for pets and a pet deposit for some of us, I have a pet and paid the deposit my pet weighs 7lbs., if there is a weight limit PLEASE, PLEASE tell me why we have pitbulls, german shepards, akitas, rottwilers and numerous I repeat numerous other large dogs that nobody seems to have paid a pet deposit for, how do I know this cause I asked them, what is going on! if I break any part of my lease such as giving them a 29 day notice that I am moving I will be taken to court so why are ALL these people with these LARGE dogs allowed to stay and break the lease agreement?? Why do they not have to pay a pet deposit?? REALLY come on Frank and Shapiro follow up on what is really going on its not fair to those of us who follow YOUR lease RULES! I will be getting an attorney I want a full refund on my pet deposit. If you are all about the money boy oh boy just in my building alone you could $1000.00 no kidding! And don't listen to the apartment manager Ellen she will tell a different story. You really need to look into this your really missing out on a lot of money, and that's hat its all about, right.? ...read more
