Rented a home in Kiln Creek from Kimberly Morgan 2012-2013. She is very unprofessional! To make a long story short she tried to keep a $2000 security deposit. No explanation and refused to answer any calls or emails until we sent a certified letter to her house!! Still insisted that we were not owed a refund. We took her to civil court. It took 1 1/2 years, but we got our money + court costs. She did not even bother to show up to court until her bank account was garnished. Do not do business with Kimberly Morgan. I rented a house in Hampton, va from her. Sometimes issues would come up and she wouldn't return my call for weeks. I stayed in that house for 2 years and she let the water get cut off 3 times. I went a few days without water once and she didn't even have the courtesy to say I'm sorry or I'll give credit to your rent. PLEASE steer clear of her. When I moved from the house I was owed a $1500 deposit and she took months to even return my calls and then she came up with bs about it I shouldn't get anything back because the place was trashed and I had pictures proving otherwise! I later found out that she was "allegedly" stealing money from the owners of the houses and businesses she was managing and getting people evicted while she pocketed the monies.
