I had the misfortune to speak with 'Raven' regarding their misdelivery of a warrant in debt - misdelivered to my address intended for a whole different address and party. According to Raven it's my problem and I should properly deliver it. SERIOUSLY? She then accused me of of raising my voice with her - and I did, after that because she refused to let me speak with a supervisor. Glad to know this company will leave you to twist in the wind and won't get something properly delivered, so they can obviously screw you in court - because you never got the notice. ...read more
